Concrete Paving Bricks
01. TYPE OF PAVINGS:
Pavings are masonry units. Bahrain Blocks is making two types of pavings:-
INTER LOCK PAVING BRICKS: These are rectangular in shape.
UNILOCK PAVING BRICKS: These are zigzag in shape.
02. COLOURS:
There are different coloured pavings like grey, red, charcoal, bright yellow, beige, orange etc.
03. SIZE:
Following table gives the various sizes of pavings that are manufactured here:-

04. DIMENSIONAL DEVIATION
The maximum dimensional deviation for pavings measured in accordance with the methods of test for Precast concrete blocks is as follows:-

05. COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH:
The value of the crushing strengths of ten blocks tested in accordance with the method of test for Precast concrete blocks.
Blocks are tested for compressive strength in accordance with the specification of BS 6073. Table below gives the crushing strength of 10 blocks per consignment of 100 blocks.

06. PIGMENT
Iron oxide pigment complying with BS 1014 and is non resistant to fading under natural exposure.
